This opportunity is perfect for a Pediatric Nurse or Nurse Kidney Transplant Coordinator looking to join an extremely dedicated and passionate Transplant team with an exciting program.


The Transplant Kidney Coordinator will work with Pediatric patients with End Stage Renal Disease undergoing dialysis and requiring kidney transplants. The Coordinator Pediatric Kidney Transplant will coordinate care as patients are identified for transplant needs, setting up their transplant care and plan, coordinating care during transplant, and transitioning care after transplant completion. 


The Pediatric Kidney Transplant Coordinator will join a top health care organization that offers a variety of specialties, top physicians, and has consistently received numerous awards for their excellence in quality initiatives. The Kidney Transplant team provides approximately 10 transplants per year and this role will provide transplants to patients from age 1 to 21 years old. 


The Transplant Coordinator will work with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to coordinate patient care and will provide education to patients and families throughout care. The Pediatric Transplant Coordinator will work as a team with another Transplant Registered Nurse and will report to the Nurse Manager Renal Services.
